IPMa is linked to various higher education institutions such as the German-Malaysian Institute, Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA, Kolej Profesional MARA, Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA (KKTM), MARA-Japan Industrial Institute, Institut Kemahiran MARA, GIATMARA and Kolej MARA.

The MARA scholarship is open to students in Kolej MARA Seremban and Kolej MARA Banting who are pursuing either their A-Levels, or the International Baccalaureate programme. With this scholarship, students can pursue their degree abroad.
